Preview Before Purchase

The first 3 minutes of your repaired audio file are provided completely FREE. This allows you to verify the repair quality before making any payment decision.

Refund Conditions

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If the repaired file is corrupted, unplayable, or does not meet the quality standards you previewed
Service Failure: If we are unable to deliver your repaired file after payment
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service

How to Request a Refund

Your transaction ID
A brief description of the issue
The original file name (if applicable)

Refund Processing

All refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal within 5-7 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Non-Refundable Situations

If the preview was accurate and the full file matches the preview quality
If more than 30 days have passed since purchase
If the original file was inherently unrepairable (you would not be charged in this case)
